Special Meeting & Member Vote
Despite six months of active outreach, no members have volunteered to serve on the 2026–2027 Executive Board. While the current Board has fully met its responsibilities, USBC cannot legally operate without a functioning Executive Board for the 2026–2027 term. As a result, dissolution has become necessary.
In accordance with Article VI of the USBC Constitution, notice is hereby given that a Special Meeting of Members will be held during the December General Assembly. The sole purpose of this meeting is to consider and vote on a Resolution to Dissolve the United Society of Baja California (USBC). Adoption of this resolution requires approval by three-quarters (¾) of the members present.
Please note: Only active USBC members in good standing as of December 9, 2025 are eligible to participate in this vote.

“When my Mother passed away after living in Rosarito for 15 years, USBC helped me handle her final arrangements. I don't know how I would have figured it out without their help”
