USBC Membership Card

Membership cards will be created in one monthly batch at the end of the month for those attending a USBC event that month (as evidenced by the sign-in sheets), OR by submitting a membership card request no later than the 20th of the month

Membership Card expiration date is listed on the back of the card. A new card will be issued upon renewal of your membership

There is a $25 USD fee to replace lost or damaged Membership Cards
